I very seldom cook from a recipe. I will get an idea of ingredients etc and then play on my own until I have a taste that I love.
The recipes for In Our Green House was based on existing recipes I’ve made before and adapted to accommodate the dried pomegranates and olives. There are a few that are completely new, like the pasta sauce as well as the cheese roll. These products are exciting and versatile and can in fact be incorporated in so many dishes.
It has become a habit to have both products combined with pastacio and walnuts nuts in every salad I make!
